It’s pretty simple. If you are a nice person and a really great barber, and want to earn:
50% commission on all services, 15% commission on retail, no minimum
55% commission on all services, 15% commission on retail, if pay period earnings $3,000+
60% commission on all services, 25% commission on retail, if pay period earnings $4,000+
and United Healthcare health insurance and 401K savings benefits including employer matching funds, “unlimited” vacation, and be supplied virtually everything and have early access to pre-released Reuzel product —- and work with some really nice people —- then complete the brief form below and let’s talk.

Free accident insurance gives you cash for certain accidents to help defray costs, this premium is paid by BarberX.
Educational experiences taught by Reuzel educators here in the shop and Rotterdam in the Netherlands, when minimum barber income levels are achieved.
And the little things. A $10 birthday gift certificate. And for every year you have been with us, you receive $50 on your anniversary. Stay with us 5 years and that’s $250 on your anniversary.
“Unlimited” vacations means full-time barbers get two weeks unpaid vacation a year, for sure, but barbers also get to take as much time off as they want (and can afford) and b) they obtain shop manager approval by working through the schedule with them to ensure minimum shop coverage.
